Our Story

After graduating from the renowned Ter Duinen Hotel School in Belgium, Chef Bart Van Dam refined his craft in Michelin-starred restaurants across Belgium and France.

For 28 years, he led the kitchen of Restaurant De Pastorie — a Michelin-starred establishment — developing a cuisine rooted in classical technique, respect for the product and understated elegance.

MORPHO marks a new chapter. A decision shaped by love, passion and the desire to create something meaningful together in Marbella.
